Lumin – exploring how women share, connect and collaborate
Lumin set out to explore how women could share knowledge and experience across generations, amplify each other’s voices and find new ways to connect, collaborate and grow.
The project brought together women at different stages of their working lives and businesses, creating conversations, connections and ideas about what meaningful support and collaboration could look like.
A multi-channel approach generated a rich body of conversations, stories and insights – captured through in-person and online events, webinars, podcast interviews, social media and a closed community channel.
The relationships forged through Lumin continue, as participants build on the connections and knowledge sharing, taking their experience into other communities, collaborations and ventures – including those encouraging women to invest in and support the entrepreneurial ambitions of other women.
This site preserves a flavour of the Lumin project with our newsroom and resources remaining open to anyone interested in intergenerational knowledge-sharing, collaboration and the value of making women’s expertise and experiences more visible.
